Lokaltools is a free utility service provided by Modern Logic Tech Solutions. We believe in zero-knowledge tools. All utilities on this site process data entirely on the client side (in your browser). We do not collect, store, or transmit your files, inputs, or personal data to external servers.

Your files are never uploaded to our servers. We use trusted Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) like unpkg.com to deliver essential tool functionality. While your browser requests these libraries to run the tool, your personal files remain strictly on your device and are processed locally.

Local Storage & Preferences

We use your browser's Local Storage to save your preferences, such as your "Favorite Tools" list, theme settings (Dark/Light mode), and tool-specific configurations. This data is stored strictly on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or third parties. If you clear your browser cache or switch devices, these preferences will be reset.

No Biometric Data Collection

For tools that process facial data (such as "Blur Faces" or "Passport Photo Maker"), all detection and processing occur locally on your device using client-side AI models. We do not collect, store, transmit, or analyze any biometric identifiers or face data.

Log Files

Lokaltools follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
